Program privacy & terms

What we collect

We collect your adult contact details, social profiles, application answers, necessary sign-in information, and the campaign, content, and sales records relevant to your partnership. Please do not submit children’s names or birthdates, payment details, tax documents, or identity documents in an application or message.

How we use it

Honey & Bro uses this information to review applications, administer program terms, communicate with creators, arrange selected campaigns, review content and usage permissions, and report verified discount-code performance. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing. Necessary sign-in and program messages are sent to your verified email.

Who can see it

You can access your own records. Authorized H&B staff can review and manage applications and partnerships. We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, and Shopify commerce operations. Staff review notes and internal scoring are not visible to other applicants or creators.

Program expectations

Applicants must be 18 or older, provide accurate information, use authentic engagement, and disclose any gifted, paid, or discounted relationship. Brand Reps purchase products with their assigned personal code and agree to a three-month term and the stated participation requirements. Code terms and dates are shown when assigned.

Influencer applications and creator-pool acceptance do not guarantee products, work, payment, or commission. Every campaign requires separate written deliverables and content-usage terms. Submission of an application does not grant content rights. Any future commission arrangement must be offered separately in writing.

Content & child privacy

Only submit content you have permission to share, including appropriate parent or legal-guardian consent when a child appears. Organic social, website/email, and paid-ad usage permissions are recorded separately with expiration dates. Do not submit content links that expose unrelated private files.

Retention & your choices

We review inactive application and partnership records for deletion after 12 months, unless a longer period is needed for an active agreement, dispute, legal requirement, or transaction record. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing thehoneyandbroco@gmail.com. Necessary business and transaction records may be retained separately. Applicants not selected may reapply after 90 days.
